[DE] Die Komponistin Theresa Zaremba und die Violinistin Teresa Allgaier umgeben sich als Fallwander mit Keys, Saiten, Bogen, Reglern, Sticks und Pads. Fallwander ist Ambient Chamber Pop ohne feste Rollen. Beider Gesang ist stets gerade so warm, dass wir nicht frösteln, immer gerade so kühl, dass die Luft klirrend klar und die Sicht weit bleibt. Fallwander ist in die Ruhe hinauswandern, sich in der Stille fallen lassen.
[EN] Composer Theresa Zaremba and violinist Teresa Allgaier surround themselves as Fallwander with keys, strings, bows, knobs, sticks and pads. Fallwander is Ambient Chamber Pop without fixed roles. Both of their vocals are always just warm enough to keep us from shivering, always just cool enough to keep the air chillingly clear and the vision wide. Fallwander is wandering out into the quiet, letting oneself fall in the stillness.
Perperúna Ensemble (Greece, DT, France, Israel, Spain)
[DE] Das Frauenvokalensemble Perperúna ist im Sommer 2019 aus offenen Gesangskreisen in Berliner Parks hervorgegangen und wurde Anfang 2020 offiziell gegründet. Seitdem konzentrieren sich die Frauen von Perperúna, angetrieben von ihrer gemeinsamen Leidenschaft für griechische, balkanische und sephardische orale Traditionen, auf die Recherche, die Neuinterpretation und die Kommunikation des weiblichen mehrstimmigen Klangs, oft unter Verwendung von performativen Elementen. Sie erforschen die Symbole, Sprachen und Dialekte, Mythen und Geschichten, Melodien und Strukturen von Liedern, die Generationen von Menschen bei der Feier des Lebens und der Lobpreisung der Natur, beim Ausdruck der Liebe, bei der Arbeit, bei der Migration, in der Zeit des Krieges und bei der Trauer über den Tod begleitet haben.
[EN] The female vocal ensemble Perperúna emerged from open singing circles in the parks of Berlin during Summer 2019 and was officially founded in early 2020. Since then, the members of Perperúna, driven together by their common passion for Greek, Balkan and Sephardi oral traditions, focus on the study, reinterpretation, and communication of the female polyphonic sound, often with the use of performative elements. They explore the symbols, languages and dialects, myths and tales, melody and structure of songs that have been accompanying countless generations of people in the celebration of life and expression of love, in the working-field, in migration, in the time of war, in the mourning of death, in the praising of nature.
The Witches Of Westend (MUC)
[DE] Der Frauenchor wurde 2013 von Pola Dobler in München gegründet und versteht sich als feministisch denkender Chor. Das Repertoir ist manchmal politisch, manchmal rebellisch und manchmal einfach nur schön und mystisch. Er entwirft jede Performance neu und stimmt sie individuell auf den Auftrittsort ab. So ist jedes Konzert einmalig. Die Witches Of Westend treten regelmäßig mit anderen Musiker*innen und Künstler*innern in Interaktion.
[EN] The women’s choir was founded in Munich in 2013 by Pola Dobler and sees itself as a feminist choir. The repertoire is sometimes political, sometimes rebellious and sometimes just beautiful and mystical. The choir redesigns each performance and adapts it individually to the venue. So every concert is unique. The Witches Of Westend regularly interact with other musicians and artists.
