Come and support Munich’s vibrant Latin American artistic and creative community! A full day of music, performances, art, crafts, typical food, and drinks—celebrating and promoting the rich cultural diversity of the Global South. Enjoy the vibrant rhythms of samba, reggaeton, baile funk, cumbia, and bossa nova!
SamBRAzel
SamBRAzel is a Munich-based percussion band founded in 2022, channeling the electrifying spirit of Brazilian Carnival street bands. Blasting rhythms of samba, frevo, baião, and marchinhas, they bring the explosive energy of Brazil’s musical traditions to audiences across Germany and Europe.
Caiana Duo
With 7-string guitar, pandeiro, and hand percussion, the duo takes listeners on an immersive journey through Brazil’s rich instrumental music landscape. Deeply rooted in Choro, Samba, and Brazilian jazz traditions, their repertoire weaves together original compositions with fresh interpretations of works by Brazilian legends.
Encantada
Born in Buenos Aires and raised in Munich, Amanda comes from a family of musicians. Her project Encantada delivers an intimate acoustic sound, weaving together influences from protest songs, Latin pop, and bossa nova.
Trio Ternura
Trio Ternura is a new musical project of several Latin American musicians living in Southern Germany who explore the roots of cumbia, canción protesta and tropicalia.
Sonalie Solar
Having grown up between the opera stage and Brazilian rhythms, Sonalie Solar mixes Latin tech house and Latin core to create pure ecstasy on the dance floor. Her sets reflect the spectrum of Brazilian music – from warm, melodic vocals to strong, engaging baile funk rhythms, interwoven with electronic bass lines.
Superzona
Directly from Catatumbo, Colombia, Superzona delivers heavy-hitting loco beats, deep cuts, and dancefloor killers from across Latin America.
Colectivo Racha
Argentina, Spain and Germany, the chicas of Colectivo Racha bring fiery Reggaetón beats, Neoperreo, Cumbiatón, Guaracha, zapoteo and much more rhythms from the hispanohablante music scene!
