[DE] Mediterranea. Saving Humans präsentiert: „Voci in Rima – Crossing the Sea“
Ein künstlerisches und soziales Projekt von Dugu Tigui Spirit, das sich mit den Themen irreguläre Migration, Seereisen und den Illusionen von Europa als Eldorado auseinandersetzt.
Mit intensiven Videos und Rap-Performances von Künstlern der Münchner Szene – Dugu Tigui, Waseem, Kokonel, Jiireh und Itz.zik – verbindet der Abend Musik und Spoken Word, um oft unsichtbare Realitäten zu erzählen und Bewusstsein zu schaffen.
Im Anschluss sorgt ein DJ-Set mit Linola Jofofman und DJ Ko Moko Ress dafür, die Nacht mit Rhythmus und Energie ausklingen zu lassen.
Eine Veranstaltung zwischen Kunst, Engagement und kultureller Verbindung.

An artistic and social project by Dugu Tigui Spirit that addresses the themes of irregular migration, sea journeys, and the illusions of Europe as an Eldorado.
Featuring powerful videos and rap performances by artists active on the Munich scene – Dugu Tigui, Waseem, Kokonel, Jiireh, and Itz.zik – the evening combines music and spoken word to tell often invisible realities and raise awareness.
The night will conclude with a DJ set by Linola Jofofman and DJ Ko Moko Ress, closing the evening with rhythm and energy.
An event between art, engagement, and cultural connection.

Kokonelle

[DE] Kokonelle ist eine Rapperin und multidisziplinäre Künstlerin mit Sitz in München und kongolesischen Wurzeln. Ihre Musik verbindet Hip-Hop, R’n’B und afro-inspirierte Sounds und bewegt sich zwischen mehreren Sprachen wie Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch und Lingala. In ihren Texten behandelt sie Themen wie Identität, Empowerment und Zugehörigkeit. Neben ihrer künstlerischen Arbeit ist sie auch als Pädagogin und Aktivistin tätig und versteht Kunst als Werkzeug für Ausdruck und gesellschaftlichen Wandel.

[EN] Kokonelle is a rapper and multidisciplinary artist based in Munich with Congolese roots. Her music blends hip-hop, R’n’B, and Afro-inspired sounds, moving across multiple languages including English, German, French, and Lingala. Her lyrics explore themes such as identity, empowerment, and belonging. Alongside her artistic work, she is also active as an educator and activist, using art as a tool for expression and social change.

Waseem

[DE] Waseem ist ein Rapper, DJ und Aktivist. Er ist in der Underground-Hip-Hop-Szene aktiv und nutzt Musik als Ausdruck kultureller Identität. Sein Schwerpunkt liegt stark auf sozialem Engagement, Workshops und Bildungsprojekten für Jugendliche.
Er setzt sich für Inklusion sowie gegen Rassismus und Diskriminierung durch Kultur und Musik ein.

[EN] Waseem  is a rapper, DJ, and activist. He is active in the underground hip-hop scene and uses music as a form of cultural expression. His work strongly focuses on social engagement, workshops, and educational projects for young people. He promotes inclusion and works against racism and discrimination through culture and music.

Dugu Tigui Spirit

[DE] Dugu Tigui Spirit ist ein Rapper und kultureller Aktivist aus dem Senegal, der seit den frühen 2000er-Jahren in der Hip-Hop-Szene aktiv ist. Neben der Musik ist er an der Organisation von Festivals und Gemeinschaftsprojekten beteiligt, die darauf abzielen, die lokale Kultur zu fördern und junge Künstler zu unterstützen. Er hat eine unabhängige künstlerische Karriere entwickelt und nutzt Musik als Mittel für sozialen Ausdruck und Sensibilisierung.

[EN] Dugu Tigui Spirit is a rapper and cultural activist originally from Senegal, active in the hip hop scene since the early 2000s. In addition to music, he is involved in organizing festivals and community projects aimed at promoting local culture and supporting young artists. He has developed an independent artistic career, using music as a tool for social expression and awareness.

Itz Zik

[DE] Itz Zik ist eine aufstrebende Rapperin aus München. Sie veröffentlicht Musik auf Spotify und Inhalte auf Instagram und ist in der lokalen Urban-Szene sehr aktiv. In ihren Tracks verbindet sie Trap- und Drill-Klänge mit gesellschaftlichen und persönlichen Themen. Sie gehört zu einer wachsenden neuen Generation unabhängiger europäischer Künstler.

[EN] Itz Zik is an up-and-coming rapper based in Munich. She releases music on Spotify and content on Instagram, building a presence in the local urban scene. Her tracks blend trap and drill sounds with social and personal themes. She is part of the growing new generation of independent European artists.

Jiréh Emanuel

[DE] Jiréh Emanuel ist ein Rapper und Künstler aus der Underground-Szene in München. Neben der Musik ist er in kulturelle und soziale Projekte mit Fokus auf Antirassismus und die afrikanische Diaspora involviert. Er ist zudem bildender Künstler und studiert an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in München.
Seine Musik im Conscious-Rap-Stil behandelt Themen wie Identität, Diskriminierung und Selbstbestimmung. Er veröffentlicht seine Songs auf Plattformen wie SoundCloud und verbindet dabei Musik mit seinem kulturellen und gesellschaftlichen Engagement.

[EN] Jiréh Emanuel is a rapper and artist active in the underground scene in Munich. Besides music, he is involved in cultural and social projects focused on anti-racism and the African diaspora.
He is also a visual artist and a student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich.
His music, rooted in conscious rap, addresses themes such as identity, discrimination, and empowerment.
He releases his tracks on platforms like SoundCloud, combining music with his cultural and community-oriented work.
