[DE] Rebeca Eunice Vargas Tamayac, aka Rebeca Lane ist eine bekannte Rapperin und Poetin aus Guatemala. Ihre Musik hört nicht auf anzuregen, zum Nachdenken und zu tanzen. Durch ihr politisches und soziales Engagement sticht sie als eine unverzichtbare Figur des Aktivismus und Feminismus auf dem südamerikanischen Kontinent hervor. Lane fand im Hip-Hop besondere Kraft und beschreibt in ihren Songs, wie es ist eine Frau in einem chauvinistischen Land zu sein.

Through her political and social commitment, she stands out as an indispensable figure of activism and feminism on the South American continent. Lane found particular strength in hip-hop, and in her songs she describes what it’s like to be a woman in a chauvinistic country.

Als Promoter organisierte er zahlreiche Events mit beiden Kollektiven mit Gästen wie DJ Koco aka Shimokita (JPN), DJ Static & Prof. Groove (WEFUNK Radio, CAN), Femdelic, Marc Hype, Hodini aka Hulk Hodn und mehr.
