BOX-BASIC-TRAiNiNG mit einem BOXWERK-COACH
Spielerisch werden boxerische Grundlagen wie Beinarbeit, Arm-Bein-Koordination und Grundschläge nahegebracht. Man bekommt einen kleinen Einblick in den Boxsport. Das Training ist kostenfrei auf Spendenbasis – Die Teilnehmer*innenzahl ist auf maximal 30 Plätze begrenzt. (Auf einer Liste am Einlass kann man sich einen Platz sichern.) Bitte TrainingsKlamotte inkl. Sport-/Turnschuhen und ein Handtuch mitbringen. Von 20:00 – 21:00.
LIVE: Titus Martinu
Knackige Drums, verschobene Rhythmen, verspielte Rhodes-Melodien: Titus Martinu verbindet Hiphop und Jazz mit einer gesunden Portion Impressionismus. Inspiriert von den frühen Timbaland-Beats und — natürlich — dem Lebenswerk von J Dilla, begann Titus Martinu bereits als Teenager, seinen ganz eigenen Sound zu kreieren. Seine Wurzeln als klassischer Musiker sind dabei ebenso prägend wie die unquantisierten Drums eines Dilla-Beats. Aus dieser Verbindung musikalischer Welten entsteht der Kern seines Live-Sets – mit Keys, MPC-Fingerdrumming und jeder Menge Regler!

BOX BASICS TRAINING with a BOXWERK COACH
In a playful and engaging way, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of boxing — including footwork, arm-leg coordination, and basic punches. Get a first glimpse into the world of boxing. The training is free of charge and operates on a donation basis. Participation is limited to a maximum of 30 people. (You can secure your spot by signing up on a list at the entrance.) Please bring workout clothes, athletic/sports shoes, and a towel. 8–9 PM
LIVE: Titus Martinu
Crunchy drums, shifted rhythms, playful Rhodes melodies: Titus Martinu combines hiphop and jazz with a healthy dose of impressionism, inviting the listener to a real neck workout with his exceptionally musical and groovy productions! Inspired by the early Timbaland beats and —of course— the life’s work of J Dilla, Titus Martinu began creating his own unique sound already as a teenager. His roots as a classical musician are just as influential as the unquantized drums of a Dilla beat. These musical worlds combined form the core of his live set, including keys, MPC finger drumming, and plenty of knobs!

our pub tables are loaded with playing cards,
a razor-sharp dart ranch is set up,
ping pong tables are ready for round-the-table chaos,
our carrier pigeon is fed and wide awake,
and the walls are painted with visuals by Hilde Blocko.
