Matthew Coulombe-Elvir is a Canadian electronic music producer based in Munich, Germany. As a technician, artist and drummer, he explores the sounds of electro, drum & bass and techno in deconstructed and pattern-based ways. He currently uses Max/MSP to perform live with a garden of self-coded software instruments. His ability to capture raw atmosphere, emotion and vision through his intricate drum programming and synthesis gives him an edge as a live performer. He blurs the line between technology and intuition, making space for discovery both on the dance floor and in the studio.
SDEM
SDEM Aka Tom Knapp has been active since the late 1990s as a DJ, producer and label organiser in northern England. In 2017, the first cassette under SDEM was released, with subsequent projects appearing on Quadrant Park, meds, CPU , Seagrave, Opal Tapes, Superpang and SKAM records.
SDEM live runs on the same setup as his home studio, carving distinctive morphing sets in real time. The SDEM approach is marked by a sculptural take on sound design, rhythm and texture – ranging from dystopic ambient passages to pixelated, sub-heavy beats. A member of the Skam circle of atavistic beat freaks since the late 90s, his sound is that of hyperattentive electronica buried under soil and left to decay (or ferment). What emerges is somehow both ruthlessly futuristic and redolent of decrepit antique engineering.
Following a series of physical and digital releases culminating with Vortices in 2023, SDEM has focused on continuous upgrades to an ongoing mutating live set, and has performed on bills with Scorn, Duma, The Ephemeron Loop, Xylitol, Harrga, Mark Broom, The Fear Ratio and Autechre.

Chris Douglas – aka OST, Dalglish, Aclds, Rook, Seaes, Amhain.. one of the most enigmatic and emotionally arresting producer/composers working today, Brought up in San Francisco, Douglas came of age during the early days of rave, organising underground parties that helped shape the Bay Area’s burgeoning electronic music scene. In ’92 he moved to Detroit, where he made formative musical and ethical connections with Mike Banks and James Stinson. Since relocating to Berlin in 2003, Douglas has immersed himself in his work, creating and releasing a massive body of uncompromising, reality-bending tracks that collapse the lines between rhythm and abstraction, pushing listeners into strange and often beautiful new territories… This mix celebrates Douglas as a vital presence, exploring the possibilities of electronic music as a deeply personal & transformative force.
