Le Prince Harry
[DE] Le Prince Harry ist ein schräges Synth-Punk-/Electro-Punk-Duo aus Lüttich, Belgien, das für seine energiegeladenen Auftritte bekannt ist, bei denen es elektronische Beats, eingängige Synthesizer-Riffs und Punk-Attitüde miteinander verbindet. Einflüsse aus 77er Garagepunk, Wave, Punk und neuerdings auch New Beat werden zu einer Melange tanzbarer Songs. Energetisch, rau, immer vorwärts, zappelnd, verzerrt und punkig treiben die Synths und Gitarre die Crowd in musikalische Ekstase.
Anlässlich eines neuen Remix Albums geht die Band auf Mini-Tournee und wir sind froh sie zum ersten Mal überhaupt nach München holen.
Die Band hat Hunderte von Konzerten in ganz Europa gespielt, war auf Tournee in Kanada und La Réunion und fühlt sich sowohl auf großen Bühnen (Fusion, Dour Festival, Le Cabaret Vert) als auch in kleinen Clubs zu Hause. Sie standen bereits mit Namen wie The Horrorist, The Spits, The Exploited, DAF, The Kids und vielen mehr auf der Bühne.
[EN] Le Prince Harry is a quirky synth-punk/electro-punk duo from Liège, Belgium, known for their energetic performances that combine electronic beats, catchy synthesizer riffs and punk attitude. Influences from 77 garage punk, wave, punk and, more recently, new beat are blended into a melange of danceable songs. Energetic, raw, always forward, fidgety, distorted and punky, the synths and guitar drive the crowd into musical ecstasy. To mark the release of a new remix album, the band is going on a mini tour and we are delighted to bring them to Munich for the first time ever. The band has played hundreds of concerts throughout Europe, toured Canada and La Réunion, and feels at home both on big stages (Fusion, Dour Festival, Le Cabaret Vert, La Villette…) and in
small clubs. They have shared the stage with names such as The Horrorist, The Spits, The Exploited, DAF, The Kids and many more. The band has released 3 LPs and 7 EPs as well as split albums on TEENAGE MENOPAUSE, ROCKERILL RECORDS and JAUNE ORANGE.
Gleitsicht
[DE] GLEITSICHT sind drei Musiker aus München (bekannt aus den Bands Desolation, Rancors und GrGr), zusammen mit zwei Synthesizern, einem Drumcomputer und einem Bass. Synthetischer Punk, Dystopie, ein dunkler Keller – und keine Perspektive. Das ist die Essenz von GLEITSICHT.
Nach einigen Gigs im lokalen Untergrund und zwei Veröffentlichungen auf bandcamp freuen wir uns riesig auf einen weiteren Gig in München.
[EN] GLEITSICHT are three musicians from Munich (known from the bands Desolation, Rancors and GrGr), together with two synthesizers, a drum machine and a bass. Synthetic punk, dystopia, a dark basement – and no perspective. That is the essence of GLEITSICHT. After a few gigs in the local underground scene and two releases on Bandcamp, we are really looking forward to another gig in Munich.
